Round, rounded, roundabout

Still round the corner there may wait, A new road or a secret gate.                        J. R. R. Tolkien

No sharp edges, no straight lines. The challenge was to be more rounded.

  1. Photos are so beautifully rounded …love em . My favourite is the leaf with the single raindrop on .
My husband is a carpenter and we often have ‘small’ battles about straight lines Shannyn…I hate them , and of course, he loves them . Wiggly lines for me every time .

    • Cherry that’s my favourite too. I just happened to see it while in the garden one day and ran back for my phone to take a photo. It captivated me.
Gosh, we have some things in common. My husband was a tradesman, fitter welder. He loves working with wood though and built our eight seater dining table and chairs, a queen and double bed, side table, bathroom cabinet and a chest of draws and few other odds and bobs. He is very measured, all about exactlneess, line and angle and well made, hand made joints. I like flow and softness.
